The Traditional Formal Doljabi Set includes Bow and Arrow, Korean pens, coins, medallion, book, traditional cloth and string. Here is a photo of one of our customers participating in the doljabi event using our rental set. What is a doljabi event? It is tradition held by Koreans that when a baby turns one, the item the baby select will predict his/her future. For example, string represents long life, a book represents a scholar, coins represents wealth. Guests can also participate by guessing which item the baby will choose prior to the doljabi event. Here is the 100th Day Girl Traditional Hanbok Rental that is being modeled by one of our customers. What a gorgeous Korean princess! I love how her mom dressed her up with an adorable headband. We are finding that more and more of our customers want to dress up their babies in Korean hanboks to celebrate this special Korean tradition called "Baek-il." 100th Day Hanbok is equivalent to US Size 3 to 5 month.
